The spaces I work in..

Frontline and first responder roles come with immense responsibility, long hours, and ongoing demands—both on and off the job. It’s not uncommon to feel stretched thin, trying to keep up with work, finances, and the needs of home, while having little energy left for yourself.
You may find that stress is affecting your relationships, your ability to rest and recharge, or your overall sense of balance. Over time, the weight of these demands can begin to feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to carry it alone.
With a close connection to frontline work in my own life, I have seen firsthand the sacrifices, pressures, and ripple effects these roles can have on individuals and their families. I understand the unique dynamics this work creates—and the importance of having support that truly gets it.
I offer a space where you can step back, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin to reconnect with the parts of your life that matter most. Support is not just about getting through—it’s about helping you build a more sustainable, fulfilling way forward.

As someone who grew up in a military family, with multiple generations having served, it is a privilege to support members of the Canadian Armed Forces, veterans, and their families.
Military life brings unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. Whether you are navigating the transition to civilian life, managing the demands of active service, or supporting a loved one who has served, these experiences can leave a lasting impact. The culture, training, and memories of service don’t simply fade with time—they remain an important part of who you are.
I offer a space that is grounded in respect, understanding, and genuine appreciation for the complexities of military life. Whether you are seeking clarity, support, or a place to process your experiences, you don’t have to do it alone.

Trauma changes the way we experience the world, often in ways that are subtle but deeply impactful. Relationships—of all kinds—can feel unsafe, and sometimes the only way to protect yourself is to make your world smaller. You may not be able to identify a single traumatic event, but as an adult, you notice that your early experiences were very different from those of others.
Now, you may struggle with anxiety, high stress, difficulty forming or maintaining friendships, restlessness, a loss of sense of self or consistently putting the needs of others ahead of your own. You might recognize that the patterns that helped you survive in the past no longer serve you—and that you want a different way of living.
I provide a supportive space to explore your past experiences while reconnecting with yourself and your needs. Together, we can uncover patterns, build awareness, and develop strategies to meet your needs, so you can begin creating the safe, fulfilling life you deserve.

You notice your thoughts racing, your mind stuck on “what ifs,” or your body holding tension you can’t shake. Sitting still feels difficult, and no matter how often others tell you to “relax” or “stop worrying,” it can leave you feeling misunderstood or alone.
You may find it hard to feel safe or comfortable in yourself, your relationships, or your environment. Perhaps this has always been a part of you—or maybe it’s something that developed over time—but the good news is, it doesn’t have to define your life.
I offer a supportive space to understand these patterns, calm overactive thinking, and build strategies to help you feel grounded, connected, and more at ease in your body and mind.
Sound familiar?
Tension in your body that won’t release
fatigue that sleep alone doesn’t fix
anxiety that shows up as restlessness, hyper-vigilance, or that “wired but tired” feeling
Maybe you’re saying ‘yes’ to things and then regretting it, overextending yourself, or holding tight to control just to feel safe.
Or maybe there’s a gnawing sense that something’s missing—purpose, connection, or meaning.
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
